Due to the growing number of people in WorldRPG, we have decided to
divide our world into cities.  There will be 8 cities.  The top 16
warriors will each get in teams of 2 and will be given 10 peasants
and 2 tents to start building the city.  Basphalt City is the capital
city.  Those that want to buy stuff must come to Basphalt City to buy
it.

These are the prices:
Battle Droid - $1000 (Can build 1 house in 100 days, 1 school in 1000
, 1 mart in 200, other in 300)
Peasant - $500 (1 house in 200 days, 1 school in 2000, 1 mart in 400
other in 600)
Machiners - $5000 (Can build 1 house in 15 days, 1 school in 150
days, 1 mart in 30, other in 45)
